Jammu & Kashmir:
Jammu & Kashmir High Court directed the state government to immediately release separatist leader Masarat Alam Bhat from preventive custody, on Wednesday.
The Jammu and Kashmir High Court quashed Public Safety Act (PSA) of seperatist leader and Hurriyat Conference (g) senior leader, Masarat Alam Bhat, he is also the chairperson of Muslim League.
The court has also directed his immediate release.The HC judgment was reserved last week however Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar.Architect of 2010 uprising, Masarat is undergoing continuous imprisonment since last more than six years.Presently, Masarat is lodged in district Jail Kathua.
