JD (U) leader Ajay Alok on Sunday said senior leader Sharad Yadav must resign from Rajya Sabha, saying that the latter should keep his pride aside and give preference to party’s interest.
The JD(U) had already removed Sharad Yadav as party leader in Rajya Sabha and appointed RCP Singh in his place.
While talking to news agency ANI, Ajay Alok said he should resign from Rajya Sabha if he has any shame left. He said Yadav should give priority to party instead opposing Nitish Kumar.
He said the people of Bihar had given the mandate to the Grand Alliance but not to indulge in corruption.
