The death of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Tuesday was mourned from all quarters with politicians, industrialists and leading stars from Bollywood and the South Indian film industry paying their last respects to the seasoned politician.
Jayalalithaa was paid tributes by cine stars like Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and music maestro A R Rahman on social media platform Twitter.

The Tamil filmdom 'Kollywood' paid rich tributes to veteran movie star turned politician J Jayalalithaa. Calling her a "fighter", actress Radikaa Sarath Kumar said the passing away of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister has left a void in her.
While most of the celebrities took to twitter to express their shock and grief over the passing away of the seasoned politician, veteran actor Kamal Hassan took a completely different stand on Jayalalitha's death which has infuriated several supported.
