Kerala flood fury has taken a toll on several lives and destroyed properties in the state. While reports have claimed lives of 173 people owing to the flood devastation, a video shared by the Indian Navy rescuing a child from Aluva has garnered much appreciation from the Twitterati. Several private and government organisations have been working over the past few days to rescue the marooned citizens of Kerala. Amid the havoc, a video footage of a flight driver rescuing a child from the roof of his house from the stranded village of Aluva is winning hearts. Netizens express their love and support to the Indian Navy for their dedication and noble work.
