Samajwadi Party mentor Mulayam Singh on Wednesday got irked after long answers were given by a minister to questions raised by members during the Question Hour in the Lok Sabha.
Yadav raised his objection to Skill Development Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy giving detailed answers to supplementaries posed to him.
"Is it an answer or a speech...I have been a seven-time member of the legislative assembly," he said.
Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said she has already told members and ministers to restrict their questions and answers as the time was limited during Question Hour. The Speaker's statement came after Mulayam Singh's objection.
