A day after Pakistan urged the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to dismiss India's plea in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case, India is presenting its final argument on Wednesday. India will have a maximum of 90 minutes to present its case. The four-day hearing in the Jadhav case started on Monday at the ICJ headquarters in The Hague amidst heightened tensions between India and Pakistan following one of the worst terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir by Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad terror group that killed 40 CRPF soldiers.
