Kulbhushan Jadhav verdict: Mohammad Kaif praises ICJ, gets hate message from Pakistan

Cricketer Mohammad Kaif found himself in the eye of storm on Thursday after he expressed his happiness on stay on Kulbhushan Jadhav's death sentence by a Pakistani military court on espionage charges. In a tweet, the former Team India player praised the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in Hague for its decision in favour of Jadhav.

The ICJ has also asked Pakistan to grant India consular access in Kulbhushan Jadhav death penalty case.

"Congratulations India. Thanks to the International Court of Justice , justice has prevailed. #KulbhushanJadhav" Kaif had tweeted on his Twitter handle.

Right after his post, a Twitter user from Pakistan (according to his profile) asked him to remove 'Mohammad' from his name giving it a religious twist.

Taken aback by the abrupt response, Kaif gave him a piece of mind in his own style.
