Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday speaking at the 'Sanjhi Virasat Bachao Event' in Delhi attacked BJP and PM Modi for not fulfilling their election promises. The Congress VP also fired various salvos at the RSS and said that the organisation aims to destroy India's constitution. Senior Congress leader Ahmed Patel said that two people are running the country, the PM and de facto PM. These guys have misused all the agencies in the country.
