Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend a function to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas in New Delhi on Saturday. He is expected to address the nation on this occasion. Meanwhile, heavy rains have lashed Mumbai in last 24 hours and intense spells of rain are likely to continue in the districts of Thane, Raigad, and Mumbai, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
