Dussehra is being celebrated all over the country and Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind attended the festival at Red Fort ground on Saturday. Apart from them, PM Manmohan Singh, Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu and other dignitaries also participated the event. Ravan's effigy was burnt which is construed to be as a signal of victory of good over evil.
