Today is the last day of the Budget Session of Parliament and the CAG report on Rafale is likely to be tabled. Also, the Triple Talaq Bill might be tabled in the Rajya Sabha. The Enforcement Directorate will continue questioning Robert Vadra in connection with the Bikaner land scam case in Jaipur. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will hold meetings with Congress party workers and leaders in Lucknow for the third day. Several opposition leaders will assemble at the event, ‘Tanashahi Hatao, Desh Bachao’ (Remove Dictatorship, Save Country), organised by the Aam Aadmi Party. Earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 on the Richter scale hit Kangra


A 3.5 low-intensity magnitude earthquake struck Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra district on Wednesday, officials said. No loss of life or property was reported, they said. The epicentre of the earthquake was north of Dharamshala town at a depth of five kilometre, Director, Shimla Meteorological Centre, Manmohan Singh, said. The earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter Scale was recorded at 7:35 am today, he said. He said mild tremors were felt in areas across the district. Most parts of Himachal Pradesh, including Kangra district, fall in the high-seismic sensitive zone.
