Union Skill Development Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy on Thursday submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi ahead of cabinet reshuffle, sources said.
As per reports, JD(U) is likely to be included in the cabinet.
According to sources, Uma Bharti, Kalraj Mishra, Radha Mohan Singh and Sanjeev Balyan also submitted their resignations from cabinet posts after a meeting with Amit Shah at his residence earlier in the day.
More details and confirmations awaited.
Sources say that Rudy has expressed wishes to work for party organisation, while Uma Bharti cited health reasons for her resignation. Reasons for resignations by Mishra, Radha Mohan and Sanjeev Balyan are still unknown.

PM Modi is due to reshuffle his cabinet on September 2 to fill the vacant posts of Minister of Information and Broadcast, Minister of Defence, Minister of Environment and Minister of Urban Development along with replacing ministers who could not fulfill goals set by PM for three years of BJP rule at the Centre.
