PM Narendra Modi on Thursday addressed a public rally in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. After launching a scathing attack on the Samajwadi Party in his Hardoi rally earlier on Thursday, PM Modi yet again trained his guns on the Akhilesh Yadav government as he called it 'anti-farmer'.
