Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Kyrgyzstan President Almazbek Atambayev on Tuesday issued a joint statement in Delhi.

#We will encourage engagement in healthcare, tourism, IT, agriculture, mining and energy

#We have decided to build on our development cooperation including capacity building and training, will give youth priority

#We will work to strengthen bilateral trade and economic linkages and facilitate greater people to people exchange

#President Almazbek Atambayev and I agreed on the need to connect our economies more deeply

#Kyrgyz Republic is a valuable partner in our common pursuit of making Central Asia a region of sustainable peace, stability & prosperity

#President Almazbek Atambayev and I reviewed our co-operation in defence field

#We focused on common priority of diversifying, deepening bilateral engagement
