UP CM Yogi Adityanath attends News Nation's 'Mera Ghar' programme

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday attended 'Mera Ghar', a programme organised by News Nation. He said that 'Mera Ghar' is a commendable initiative for the home buyers who had been feeling cheated by the builders from the last 10-12 years.

Here are the Highlights:

#I and my set of ministers need to be awake at all times to ensure our citizens sleep well. It is the moral responsibility of ministers to look after the safety of their citizens.

#I can assure the state government will provide security for all castes and communities without any discrimination

#Realty companies will have to get themselves registered under RERA Act

#Registration under RERA Act will establish builders credibility. Recession in Real Estate is due to the loss of credibility

#We have to compete all promises made one by one

#It will be bemani to say all promises will be completed at a go

#I believe UP has lot of potential. UP can be the best in the country

#Our PM has a target to provide housing for all by 2022. All authorities and organisation have been asked to make simple rules

#We are giving Rs 2.23 lakh subsidy. All rules will be simple so that people can come into realty business and buyers get cheap homes

#If the government had a one way process, lot many people have carried out several frauds. This is not a one day issue. Three minister committee is looking into the Realty fraud case. Government is helping the victims. 

#All the programs have been made keeping in mind the buyers and builders.

#According to RERA Act, 70% investment buy builders will be invested in that particular project. Registry in RERA Act gives a guarantee to buyers that they will not be cheated

#The problem did not erupt in a day. Builders did wrong but previous government and authorities are also equally responsible

#If adequate actions had been taken on time by the provious governtment and concerned authoririties we would not have been facing the current situation

#Their has been a reason beind the coruption 

#Their should be no problems on authority level to both builders and buyers

#The goverment assures no problem to anyone by authoiry or government

#In the 8 months of our governance in Uttar Pradesh, the RERA act has been implemented

#We want buyers problems to be solved. We even do not want builders to face any problems

#No one can sell colonies after registering in RERA Act

#250 new projects to be introduced

#It is an ongoing process. Builders who will not register under RERA Act, actions will be taken against them accordingly
