DMK chief M Karunanidhi wishes Jayalalithaa speedy recovery

DMK President M Karunanidhi on Sunday night wished Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa complete recovery. “I wish Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa completely recovers soon,” he said in a tweet.

The condition of Jayalalithaa, who has been undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospitals here since September 22, deteriorated on Sunday as she suffered a cardiac arrest.

93-year-old Karunanidhi himself has been admitted to a private hospital here for treatment for a drug-induced allergy since December 1.
