Madhya Pradesh: Girl students forced to strip by teacher over stolen money

In a disgraceful incident, a girl student of Class 10th was allegedly asked to strip by a teacher in a government school of Damoh after a classmate blamed her for stealing amount Rs 70.

The student alleged that one more girl was made to undress by the female teacher, who refused to listen to them. The incident that occurred on November 2, came to light on Friday after the agitated parents protested and took up the matter with the school’s higher authorities.

Following this, the district education officer (DEO) has served a show cause notice to the school principal.
