A Maharashtra government passenger boat carrying the chief secretary and 20 others capsized near Shivaji Smarak, 2.6 km west of Mumbai's Nariman point, on Wednesday.Â The Indian Coast Guard PRO said all affected people have been rescued.Â

The PRO earlier said a hovercraft had reached the spot immediately, while its helicopters were also involved in the rescue operation.Â
