The Supreme Court on Wednesday modified seven conditions put by Maharashtra Police for granting licences to dance bars in the state.
The apex court rejected the condition that there should be live CCTV footage of dance performances which should be given to the area police.
The court has also asked Maharashtra to grant licences to dance bar owners within 10 days after they comply with modified condition.
