The minor was kidnapped while she was waiting for her parents outside her school on Tuesday.
Her throat was slit with a knife after being brutally gang raped while the attackers injured her private parts and left her alone to die.
Heavy protests took place in Mandsaur following the incident, with demands of justice for the victim and death punishment for the culprits.
The local bar association refused to represent the accused, two of whom have been arrested.
