Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a BJP rally in Imphal, the capital of poll-bound Manipur on Saturday.The state is going to poll in two phases starting from March 4.
Strict security measures have been put in place after bombs were recovered from Imphal West district on Friday, where Modi is expected to speak.
