In rare gesture, former PM Manmohan Singh made a 10 minute long address at Democracy Bachao March at Jantar Mantar today. Manmohan Singh launched scathing attack on the ruling Bhartiya Janata party, alleging that the centre is trying to destabilize Congress Govts in U’khand and Arunachal Pradesh.
