The Supreme Court on Friday said that it was satisfied with the report of Jammu and Kashmir High Court’s Juvenile Justice Committee, which had claimed that children or minors have not been detained post abrogation of provisions of Article 370 in the erstwhile state.
After going through the reports of the committee, the top court said that four Jammu and Kashmir High Court judges have visited all the jails and they have not found any minors detained illegally there. "It seems misinformation is being spread," the court said.
