Modi, Bangladesh PM jointly dedicate Petrapole Integrated checkpost through video conference

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today had a video conference with Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina. On the Petrapole checkpost inauguration PM Modi after listening to Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina spoke on the same.

Here are the highlights of PM Modi’s video conference:

-I extend Eid greetings to B'desh PM & citizens. I condemn terror attack on Eid congregation in Kishoreganj

-India stands with Bangladesh in its fight against terrorism and will extend all possible help in this regard

-Inauguration of Petrapole checkpost will not only promote bilateral trade but also help in economic growth of both countries

-8 such integrated check posts along Indo-Bangladesh border to be set up in times to come.
