Mumbai airport on high alert following intelligence inputs of possible terror attack

The intelligence agencies have issued a high-placed alert for a major terror attack in Mumbai. The terrorist organizations may target Mumbai airport this time.

The intelligence agencies have issued a high-placed alert for a major terror attack in Mumbai. The terrorist organisations may target Mumbai airport this time. According to the alert issued by the agency, there may be a major terror attack on Mumbai Airport on 26 December. Intelligence agencies have said that a group of 22 terrorists can carry out this attack.

The intelligence agencies have said that the group of terrorists are in constant contact with each other. The alert says that a reward of Rs 20 lakhs have also been announced for terrorists to carry out this attack. The intelligence agencies have provided all informations to Mumbai Police.

Earlier, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested a madrasa teacher from Murshidabad district of West Bengal who is allegedly said to be connected with terrorist organization Al Qaeda and a 'conspirator' for carrying out terror attacks in India. According to the NIA, accused Abdul Momin Mandal (32) was arrested on Sunday. The accused was also trying to recruit new members for the organization and was mobilizing financial help to accelerate the terrorist activities.
