As many as 190 cartons of liquor smuggled in the state from Haryana were seized and one person arrested at Yamuna bridge in Kairana town of Shamli district, police said on Wednesday.
A truck loaded with bales of hay with liquor bottleshidden underneath was intercepted last evening, a police official said.
The accused Pardeep Kumar was arrested and a case waslodged against him, he said.
