Muzaffarnagar: Miscreant's family alleges fake encounter after video surfaces

Questions have been raised on an encounter which took place in Muzaffarnagar’s Budhana where UP police successfully injured and caught one criminal, Wasim. The cops claim that they even found a gun and bullets with him. However, a video has been discovered which raises doubts about the genuineness of the encounter.

It also lends credence to Wasim’s family’s claims that their son was injured in an alleged fake encounter. The visuals clearly show that a cop’s gun which is used in the encounter isn’t functioning properly. 

On the other hand, Wasim’s family has claimed that the cops took him from home forcefully.His family said that there’s not even a single case registered against him. Still, the cops beat him up.

The police has however said that criminals attacked the police party. Later on, the police chased them and a policeman was also injured.
