According to reports, PM Modi is scheduled to head towards his parliamentary constituency of Varanasi and will cut his birthday cake with a sea of children in a Varanasi school. To make the day a beat more special, Modi will watch a film Chalo Jeete Hain inspired by his motivating life along with a few school children.

Later in the day, the prime minister will announce a series of developmental projects worth over Rs 600 crore. Some of these projects include inauguration of a ring road and foundation stone-laying ceremony of two hospitals for women, worth Rs. 20 crore each.
Modi is also expected to visit Varanasi's Kashi Vishwanath Temple and will inaugurate the construction work of the temple. Thereafter, the Prime Minister will address a gathering at the Banaras Hindu University.
On a related note, Modi on his last birthday went to his home state Gujarat and met his 98-year-old mother, Hiraba. Post that, Modi dedicate the Sardar Sarovar Dam to the nation.
