Delhi woke up to a cold morning on last Monday of the year as the temperature dipped following the snowfall in Shimla and other Himalayan regions near Delhi on Christmas.
On Sunday, the temperature plummeted to 15.4 degree Celsius. According to MET department the temperature on Monday will remain around 20 degree Celsius maximum and 10 degrees minimum.
The change in weather has affected movement of trains and flights as well.
