New Delhi: Dense fog wrecks railway service; 45 trains delayed, 4 re-scheduled and 3 cancelled

The National Capital witnessed a foggy morning on Monday, resulting in at least 45 trains being delayed, 4 trains being re-scheduled and 3 trains being cancelled.

The dense fog prevailing around the New Delhi Railway Station was clearly visible in the visual, given by ANI.

This is not the first time that this has happened.

On November 22, at least 30 trains had been delayed, 4 re-scheduled and one train cancelled due to the shallow fog in Northern India.

Prior to that, on November 13, at least 69 trains had been delayed, 22 re-scheduled and 8 cancelled because of the heavy smog in the capital.
