News Nation achieves another landmark, receives Laadli award for Hum Log

With a view to put forward social issues happening around us, News Nation has achieved yet another milestone with its special show – Hum Log, which has received 2014-15 Laadli Award for gender sensitivity.

The award was received by Senior Executive Editor Ajay Kumar at an event held in New Delhi.

Population First Organisation chose Hum Log as winner for its special segment where News Nation had raised voices of acid attack victims and their daily problems in the society.

Hum Log, an initiative by News Nation, focuses on the social issues happening around us and diverging the society into two parts - careless and carefree.
