Grim flood situation across Bihar has claimed lives of at least 150 people and affected over a crore people in 17 districts. The National Distaster Management team has been working round the clock in the state to rescue those stuck in deluge.
One such incident was captured in News Nation camera. Our reporter on the ground zero spotted a person drowning in the east Chaparan district of Bihar on Friday. In what followed, News Nation camera captured the heroic actions of NDRF team, when they fought with strong currents to rescue the man within seconds.
The visuals also showed that local villagers risked their lives to save on of their own.
