News Nation Khoj Khabar Live: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday slammed the Opposition over the ongoing protests against the CAA. Speaking in Parliament on a debate on the Motion of Thanks on the President's address. Modi said that those in opposition who were silent has now turned violent. He said that country is being dividing on religious lines for the sake of votes. The PM warned that street protests and arson against decisions of Parliament and state assemblies and people's refusal to accept laws will lead to anarchy, as he accused the Congress and other opposition parties of inciting protests against the CAA and the NPR. # "The Election Commission had slammed Delhi Cop for linking Shaheen Bagh shooter to AAP. Same thing happened today. ED has named Sanjay Singh on the basis of a text message. This is a conspiracy ahead of Delhi Assembly elections," says Preeti Menon on AAP leader's alleged links with the PFI.
# "The road blockage due to the Shaheen Bagh protest is indeed creating troubles, but a road in central Delhi was blocked today as Amit Shah's convocy was passing through. Will the BJP say this was also wrong?" Asks Poonawala
# "Shaheen Bagh protest is a propaganda. Today, ED has revealed that PFI was behind the Shaheen Bagh and AAP leader Sanjay Singh and Congress leader Udit Raj were linked to the organisation," says Neetu Dabas of BJP.
# "I don't mind being beaten up but won't accept this kala kanoon," says Raza. Ifra Jan says "I went to Shaheen Bagh wearing jeans. No body stopped me or asked anything."
#On being asked why media is being asked for papers, Maulana Ansar Raza asked countered Deepak with another question - why News Nation was stopped from going to Shaheen Bagh? Deepak asnwered: Because we exposed the agenda of Shaheen Bagh protesters.
Media persons at Shaheen Bagh are distributing paper slips to media persons. In another part of the debate, we will ask those sitting at Shaheen Bagh that they are refusing to show papers for NRC and NPR, but giving slips to media persons covering the protest. Why this hypocrisy.
#"Everybody should respect the prime minister. But I would request the PM to call a delegation from Shaheen Bagh and talk to them," says Maulana Ansar Raza.

#Tehseen Poonawala alleges that those who shouted anti-India slogans in JNU were linked to the BJP. On being countered that a video of the incident purpertedly shows Omar Khalid and Kanhaiya Kumar, he tried to avoid the question.
#On PM Modi's tubelight jibe at Rahul Gandhi, Tehseen Poonawala says: "At least he is giving light to the people. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is taking this country towards darkness."
