The law and order situation in Noida is alarming situation these days. Keeping such things in account the UP government has decided to open up new police stations in various areas. The Noida Authority has been assigned of building such infrastructures.
The authority has sannounced that the construction of a new police station in Sector 71, Noida is almost halfway through and will be functional before the end of this year. "
The blueprints exhibit that the police station will be built on a plot area of 6624.55 sqm. with each floor built in a covered area of 556sqm. The ground floor will have four IO rooms, a reader room, computer room, a room for the Visitor Officer, male and female lockups and a room for the Additional Station House Officer.
We commenced the building of a new police station in February, 2015. It is designed to be two-floor high and will be complete by this year in August" revealed Rama Raman, CEO of Noida Authority.
The police station is also designed to have a basement for parking space and the electricals' room. According to authorities, approximately Rs 294.19 lakhs has been allotted for the civil work of this construction.
