Now book train tickets without paying money, IRCTC starts ‘buy now pay later’ service

IRCTC to start buy now pay later service

New Delhi:

You want to book a train ticket but could not do so even after trying several times due to the delay in payment gateway, quite irritating… right?

But now you don’t have to worry anymore. Because Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has decided to start a ‘buy now pay later’ service. The new service will let you book your tickets and give 14-day time to make the payment.

For the convenience of customers, the IRCTC has decided to partner with e-paylater and customers would get 14-day time window to make the payment for their booked tickets.

For the ‘buy now pay later’ feature, you have to provide the information of your PAN number and Aadhar card. After providing the information you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, you have to fill the OTP to use this service.

Earlier, IRCTC had started cash on delivery service of tickets. The service gives customers luxury of making payment through cash or card on delivery of tickets.
