Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed a ‘Parivartan rally’ in poll-bound Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad.
While addressing the rally, PM made a scathing attack on black money hoarders and corruption.
He claimed that India was ready for cashless transactions and taunted those opposing him as hindering the country’s progress.
Uttar Pradesh is set to go for polls in early 2017.
