On the 15th day of Parliament’s monsoon session, opposition parties are likely to move privilege motions against External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in Rajya Sabha.
The Congress and other Opposition will give notices in Rajya Sabha for bringing the breach of privilege motions against Swaraj for “misleading Parliament” on India’s foreign policy.
The opposition alleged Swaraj for “providing wrong information on the Bandung Asia Africa relations conference and about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Lahore visit in 2015”.
