Earlier, a petrol bomb was thrown at BJP Thiruvananthapuram district committee office on June 7. Fortunately there were no injuries or any serious damages because of the attack.
After the incident, BJP has called district strike on June 8. According to the party, ruling CPM was responsible for the attack, responding to the attack on the CPM general secretary Sitaram Yechury by right-wing activists.
This is a developing story.
