Later in the day, Modi attended a programme to distribute artificial limbs and other equipment to 'Divyangs' (differently-abled persons) in the city.

"In every infrastructure we create, we have to be conscious about the requirements of our Divyang sisters and brothers. Distributing equipment is a very small part of the programme. Larger aspect is our duty to care for them," Modi said during the event.
