PM Modi, who is known for his unbounded love for children, showed affections towards munchkins on several occasions earlier.
In early 2019, Modi posted a video of his brief interlude on the Delhi Metro with a toddler on his way to an event in the national capital. He was seen in a playful exchange with the little boy sitting in his father's lap. Besides, every year the prime minister is seen spending some special moments with children on the occasion of Independence Day.
