PM Modi: Vice-President Hamid Ansari’s family has made immense contribution to nation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday heaped praise on outgoing vice-president and Rajya Sabha chairman Hamid Ansari, saying that he learnt mannerism of career diplomat from him.

While speaking on the occasion of Hamid Ansari’s farewell in the Rajya Sabha, the Prime Minister said the vice president’s family has contributed a lot to the nation and they will always receive his guidance in the future.

PM Modi expressed his gratitude to the outgoing vice president saying that the latter will leave with great memories.

The monsoon session will be concluded on Friday.
