Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday exchanged greetings at the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan.
During the short meeting, PM Modi enquired about Nawaz Sharif’s health and also asked about PM Sharif’s mother and family.
Earlier in the day, PM Modi arrived in Kazakhstan on Thursday on a two-day visit to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit where India and Pakistan will be inducted as full members of the bloc, in the first ever expansion since its inception in 2001.
