Police complaint lodged against singer Vishal Dadlani over his tweet on Jain monk

A police complaint was lodged against singer and composer Vishal Dadlani for his tweet on Jain monk Tarun Sagar’s address to Haryana Assembly.  The complaint was made by Jain community at Shahadra police station in Delhi.

Moments after the tweet appeared from his account, he was ridiculed by several Jain sect followers. He soon realised the seriousness of the matter and issued public apology.

Dadlani is known to be a staunch AAP supporter, following the outrage, Vishal Dadlani announced that he is quitting from all active political work and affiliations.
