After the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) the Gurugram court on Friday dismissed the bail plea of accused juvenile in Pradyuman murder case.
"#Pradyumanmurdercase: Bail plea of accused juvenile has been dismissed by Gurugram court," the news agency ANI tweeted.
Earlier, JJB on December 13 rejected the petition urging the board to delay its verdict on the plea of Pradyuman Thakur’s father that the juvenile be tried as an adult.

The Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) also asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to take fingerprints of the accused in connection with the murder case of 7-year-old Pradyuman Thakur of Gurugram's Ryan International School.
The 16-year-old accused, a Class XI student of Ryan International School was produced before the JJB again on Wednesday.
Earlier, a session court had granted bail to bus conductor Ashok Kumar, who was arrested by the Haryana Police on the charges of murder and sexual assault.

The sensational murder case took a new turn after the Central Bureau of Investigation gave a clean chit to bus conductor Ashok Kumar and arrested the juvenile for murdering Pradyuman in order to get the examinations postponed.
Pradyuman Thakur, a class II student, was found with his throat slit in the washroom of the Ryan International school in Bhondsi area on Sohna Road on September 8.
