Pregnant goat gang-raped by eight men in Haryana; dies

In an inhuman gesture with an animal mind, eight sycophants in Haryana’s Mewat gang-raped a pregnant goat. A day after the unthinkable incident, the goat died. The police has registered a case against the accused under relevant sections of IPC on owner's complaint.

The police said that it was investigating the matter and a medical examination of the dead goat will be conducted.  Meanwhile, all the eight accused were absconding after the incident.

"One person, Aslu registered a complaint on July 26 that his goat was gang-raped on the night of July 25 by Savakar, Haroon, Jaffar and five others whose identities are yet to be ascertained," ANI quoted Nagina police station in charge (SI) Rajbir Singh as saying.

The cases of cruelty against the animal were on the rise in India and this was not the first incident. Earlier in August 2017, a taxi driver in Delhi allegedly raped a female puppy, which later bled to death.

Later, the post-mortem report confirmed that rape and death due to excessive bleeding from private parts of the female puppy.
