Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday made a major cabinet reshuffle. Four junior ministers -- Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Dharmendra Pradhan, Nirmala Sitharaman and Piyush Goyal elevated to the cabinet rank and nine fresh faces inducted as Ministers of State.
