New Delhi:

UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi has once again slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party-led government at the Centre over corporatization and privatization policy of Public Sector Undertakings saying they are being ‘sold to PM Narendra Modi's friends’. “Profit-making Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) are being sold to Narendra Modi's friends,” Gandhi said during Congress parliamentary party meet on Thursday.

During the Congress parliamentary party meet, the Congress interim chief also hit out at the BJP for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for trying to form a government in Maharashtra despite not having a majority. “

"Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) made shameless efforts in Maharashtra,” she said.

Questioning the government for allowing the European Parliament panel to visit Jammu and Kashmir but preventing Indian leaders from doing so, Gandhi said it was a shameful act. “Political leaders of India were not allowed in Jammu and Kashmir but some European MPs were, it was a shameful act by Narendra Modi and Amit Shah,” Gandhi was quoted as saying by ANI.

She even criticized the Modi government for WhatsApp privacy breach saying it is taking away fundamental rights.
