Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday hit out at union finance minister Arun Jaitley, saying that he is working on basis of some foreign institution, and India does not need any certificate from any such body.

While talking to reporters during a road show at Bharuch in Gujarat, he questioned Jaitley’s statement of ease of doing business where the latter stated that it has seen improvement in India.

“Is he living in real or a dream world,” he questioned.
