Congress President Rahul Gandhi as part of his election campaign will visit Baglakot and Bilajpur districts in Karnataka on Sunday. Rahul who is on a three day visit to the state will flag off the Vrukshathon Half-Marathon as part of Jan Aashirwad Yatra.
While addressing a public rally in Karnataka on Saturday, Rahul Gandhi questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi and demanded answers from him in the Punjab National Bank fraud case.
This is Rahul second visit to the state after becoming the party president in December last year. In his first leg of the tour, the 47-year-old had visited Koppal, Raichur, Ballari, Kalaburgi ,Yadigir and Bidar districts.
Karnataka State Assembly Elections are expected to be conducted in April-May.
