Rahul slams Khurshid's 'impotent' remark against Modi

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday said he did endorse or appreciate External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid description of Bharatiya Janata Party prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi as impotent in whatever context.
